Yes, its true, Farrah’s doctor, Bal Harbour plastic surgeon Michael Salzhauer, tells RadarOnline.com . We had been emailing back and forth that she was uncomfortable with the size of the chin implant. It was the smallest implant they make, so she just wanted to take it out. Apparently, Farrah opted to remove her implant because her mom and dad was iffy about it (join the club!).
